Alone

Out in the night
Drenched in the rain
Tears rolling down​
Her pale cheeks
Frozen hungry and frightened,
A girl stood all alone ,
Nowhere to go ,
Nobody to care.
Wicked eyes of the world
devoured her,
Indifferent eyes​, ignored her
Kind eyes missed her
Vehicles passed like apparitions,
Splashing mud on her.

She stood all alone,
The cold wind  blew her,
Down she fell,
Timid and silent
None cared for her.
The loud laughter and soaring cry
Filled the hypocritical air of the street.
In the gutter by the street,
Her corpses lay all alone.
